2025 NFL Playoff Schedule, Bracket: Game Dates and Times as NFL Playoff Picture Begins with Wild Card Weekend

The 2025 NFL playoffs are fixed. This year’s playoff field will feature several new faces with the Washington Commanders, Minnesota Vikings, Denver Broncos and Los Angeles Chargers all set to compete for Super Bowl LIX. There are of course also many familiar teams on the field. Among them are the Kansas City Chiefs, a team that is in the playoffs for the 10th straight season.

The Chiefs are also a team aiming to become the first NFL history of winning three consecutive Super Bowls.

The playoffs begin on Saturday, January 11 with the Houston Texans hosting the Los Angeles Chargers on CBS and Paramount+. Of the seven games played during Wild Card Weekend, two will be broadcast on CBS, including Sunday’s opener which sees the Broncos travel to Buffalo to take on the Bills.

The wild card round will also see Amazon broadcast its first ever playoff game and that will take place on Saturday night when the Pittsburgh Steelers take on the Baltimore Ravens for the third time this season.

The Bills (-9) entered Wild Card Weekend as the second favorite behind the Ravens (-9.5 vs. Steelers). Respectively second and third seeds in the AFC, a difficult road awaits them.

The final game of Wild Card Weekend will be played on Monday, January 13 with the Los Angeles Rams hosting the Minnesota Vikings, who lost the regular season finale to the Detroit Lions on Sunday night, costing them the No. 1 seed. 1 and home advantage. leaving the NFC. The Philadelphia Eagles (-4.5 vs. Green Bay Packers) and Tampa Bay Buccaneers (-3 vs. Washington Commanders) open as much shorter favorites despite being the second and third seeds in NFC.
