The greenest show on the grass arrives in town this week when the PGA Tour goes to Scottsdale, Arizona, for the 2025 WM Phoenix Open. Known for its famous stadium hole on the 16th par-3 and the rowdy and exuberant crowd which includes TPC Scottsdale over four days of action, the WM Phoenix open will again welcome some of the best in the world.

The headliner of the action is the man who has punctuated the ranking two of the last three years, Scottie Scheffler. Remaking his first PGA Tour career victory during this event in 2022, the world No. 1 has since jumped a completely different level from player.

The triple player of the year in title of the PGA requests its third title of career tournament in what is only its second start of the 2025 season. Returning to Pebble Beach in a fine way and collecting a result in the first 10 , Scheffler looked like his normal self, which can emit trouble for the rest of the field.

Hideki Matsuyama, Justin Thomas, Sam Burns and Sungjae IM are among the other favorites to eliminate the crown. Meanwhile, veterans such as Rickie Fowler, Jordan Spieth and Max Homa aim to find a shape in the middle of a section loaded on the PGA Tour. Amateur Luke Clanton completes the action and has the possibility of guaranteeing his PGA Tour gaming privileges with a cut made.
