Paul Heyman managed some of the biggest names to appear on WWE television throughout his career, many of his customers claiming to be “Paul Heyman Guys”. Although wrestlers like Brock Lesnar and Roman Reigns being some of Heyman’s most successful projects, CM Punk recently said that he was “The Wise Man”. Speak in An interview with Jackie Redmond, Punk explained that he is probably Heyman’s favorite customer because he was the wrestler who presented the term, “Paul Heyman Guy”.
“I think, in a way, I am probably his favorite because I actually invented the sentence,” Paul Heyman Guy. “There were guys from Paul Heyman before me, but they did not score as such or were not really known as Paul Heyman Guys. Some royalties from Merch.”
Punk also addressed the possible favor Heyman owes him for his involvement in the aid to Roman Reigns, Sami Zayn and the Usos beat Solo Sikoa Bloodline at Wargames last November at the Survivor series.

Speculation towards what Heyman’s favor in punk could have been continued since last year. “The Wise Man” using his influence behind the scenes to bring punk into the main event of Wrestlemania, or simply politicize the “Best in the World” in a title opportunity has been the main theories since the Survivor series. However, Punk recently admitted that he did not know when he was going to “take” his favor.
