According to Booker, Paul’s listening skills can even be tied with the 16 times world champion John Cena.
“He comes out, he is very athletic, we know that, but I’m going to tell you right now, it’s just one of those traits you have to have as a very good wrestler, especially when you enter this business, working with a lot of veterans who really know the business. He is the best earner,” said Booker about Paul. “He is this valiant speaker, who underlies me, but I will tell you, I don’t even want to talk more about it, but he is probably one of the best listeners that this company has ever seen.”
“We are talking about John Cena. John Cena was one of the best listeners,” said Booker. “This is why he excelled in the company as he did; that is why he understands it as he even does now at this stage of the game. Many guys do not see this vision. I understand why Logan Paul is so good.”
Since his signature with WWE in 2022, Paul has remained close to Shane Helms, who has worked as a producer behind the scenes of the company. In addition, Helms played a complete role as a trainer in the Paul’s ring, starting with his first match in Wrestlemania 38. Since then, Paul has become an invested student of the game, with Helms attests to continue to listen and put the work inside and outside the Carré circle.
