The “WWE Raw” of last night ended with an astonishing change of title while Iyo Sky beat Rhea Ripley for the Women’s World Championship. After the show, Ripley sat behind the scenes for an interview with the WWE correspondent Jackie RedmondAnd the former champion offered an emotional reflection on her recent difficulties.
“I should have known better,” said Ripley. “I should have known not to turn my eye from the ball. I crossed this shit with Liv Morgan. I lived all this with DOM. I lived this day of judgment, and I still cannot learn.”
Right now, the biggest point to remember from Ripley last year is that real friendship does not exist. The wrestler fought verbally on his inability to defeat the sky at the main event of last night, and confirmed that she felt “injured” by the fact that Bianca Belair seemed to show his support for Sky.
Ripley ran his story with Belair, including that they both publicly spoke of wanting to compete in WWE Wrestlemania, as well as the fact that Ripley and Belair shared the cover of Deluxe Edition of “WWE 2K24”. When Ripley saw Belair applaud the sky, she let her affect, making her be the victim of Sky over Moonsault.
“Just when I think I make friends, I crack it,” continued Ripley. “I foiled Iyo’s match with Liv Morgan and I removed it from the elimination room. It was on me, I did it. I thought I was a friend with Bianca – now it’s perhaps over too.”
To date, Ripley has no clear way to Wrestlemania next month. However, being one of the best stars in the company, there is no doubt that she will go up on the map, in one way or another.
