For the second time in several weeks, Hulk Hogan is once again making headlines. Luckily for Hogan, this time it had nothing to do with him getting booed out of the building during the debut of “Raw” on Netflix. Instead, it’s about the remarks CM Punk made about the WWE Hall of Famer last Monday on “Raw,” when Punk said that if Hogan got in his way during the Royal Rumble, he would send him packing, as he had planned to do. send everyone packing on their way to victory.
Like a dog smelling meat, Bully Ray understood what Punk was saying Tuesday morning. “Open radio broken.” And while he doesn’t know how it’s going to happen, the two-time Hall of Famer is skeptical that Punk would bring up Hogan without there being some sort of plan in mind.
“Punk talked about Hogan,” Bully said. “Why talk about Hogan and throw his ‘dusty old ass’ over the top rope if you weren’t planning on doing that? Because I think a lot of people would love to see CM Punk knock out Hulk Hogan from the Royal Rumble It would be “
Alas, Bully’s point about Hogan’s physical status may be what’s stopping Punk’s reference about the Hulkster from developing. Now 71 years old, Hogan is nearly thirteen years removed from his last wrestling match and has since suffered from back, knee and hip problems. This was evident during his appearance on “Raw”, with some noting that Hogan seemed to have difficulty moving.
