The Tour du Talon by John Cena and the brutal attack on Cody Rhodes at WWE Elimination Chamber 2025 were congratulated by fans and experts, with most of them as they have not seen him. The addition of rock to the story of Rhodes in the past year has been turned by some, but WWE seems to have connected the points to create a coherent scenario, which made Wrestlemania 41 incredibly interesting.
WWE legend Bully Ray explained “Open open“That his former ECW boss, Paul Heyman, may have been involved in the development of the entire scenario.
“I can give a lot of credit to Paul Heyman for the history of the line because he is so deeply involved,” said Ray. “I do not know who the credit must really go to this story. Is it the rock, Brian Gewirtz, triple H … The only person there that I really know who is capable of this kind of long-term narration is Heyman. I wonder if he had his hand in.”
Ray pointed out why he believed that Heyme had his say in the story that took place in the elimination chamber, citing how the seeds were planted for a story of Rhodes Rock on the “WWE Raw” after Wrestlemania 40.
“So that you can see the elimination room in your mind on Monday evening raw after ‘mania, to think as far ahead and that everything has already connected, it is also old school as it works upside down, and it provides that everything works perfectly,” added Ray.
Ray, as well as the other dave lagreca and Mark Henry panelists, conceded that everything had worked perfectly in the scenario involving the rock. The former WWE writer, Brian Gewirtz, who works closely with The Rock on various companies, said after Wrestlemania from last year that the creative forces behind the Cody-Rock scenario had planned in advance where they wanted history to go and promised greater things to come.
