Gladstone has spent the last nine seasons with the Rams which included the last three as director of the team’s scouting strategy. Its responsibilities in this role included the supervision of the execution of daily screening processes, screening for current and potential actors and the provision of analyzes on a variety of special projects. Gladstone also collaborated with the Director General of Rams, SNEADs, strategic planning.
During the time of Gladstone in Los Angeles, the Rams won four division titles, made the qualifiers six times, won two conference titles and one Super bowl at the end of the 2021 season.
