The 13th place Spartans divided a pair of matches last week which could have an impact on their sowing potential, a brutal defeat for Indiana which was their first at home this season and an exciting victory at the ‘Illinois to compensate for it and increase their profile.
But the road to March Madness only intensifies from here, with two consecutive short -term games that stand out Saturday victory against the Illini.
