Michigan State Basketball March Madness Projections, Bracketology for February 10

Tom Izzo sits away a victory far from more history.

Michigan State Basketball Indiana host Tuesday in its first chance for Izzo to break up with Bob Knight for most of the conference victories in the history of Big Ten. A 354th championship victory would also give Spartans its 13th consecutive season with at least 20 victories in total, which would almost certainly extend the record sequence of Izzo of the appearances of the NCAA tournament in a school with 27 consecutive games.

However, it only becomes difficult until March Madness. And the last month will greatly help determine what the sowing and placement of MSU will have come on Sunday, March 16.

The Spartans (19-4, 10-2) go to Illinois on Saturday for another critical confrontation in the pursuit of the 11th title of the regular season of Izzo, which would put it in equality with the Knight district and Purdue “Piggy” Lambert for the most in the history of the League. Michigan State basketball results last week

February 4: 63-61 Loss at the UCLA – The Spartans found themselves in a second dog fight in Los Angeles, delayed by up to 11 points in the second period before resuming the return.
