The 2024 NFL the regular season is over and is in the rearview mirror as it’s time to move into offseason mode for 18 of the of the NFL 32 teams. In fact, some of them have already done so, including those who have made changes to the head coach or general manager positions. And because that’s what we do here, we’re going to let you know exactly what jobs are open and who might apply for them.

Rather than browsing the reports scattered on social networks, CBSSports.com has compiled all these interesting reports in one place. Below, we’ll track all the coordinator, head coach and general manager candidates and where they’ve been invited to interview.

Chicago fired Matt Eberflus after his Thanksgiving Day clock-handling debacle against the division rival Lions. Interim head coach Thomas Brown has been doing well as offensive coordinator, but the team has taken another step backwards since he was promoted for the second time this season. The next Bears coach will have the opportunity to work with Caleb Williams and some talented players on defense, but there is still a need for massive improvement on offense.

What many thought would happen during the season happened less than 12 hours after the end of the 2024 season. NFL regular season: The Jaguars fired head coach Doug Pederson. Taking over a 3-14 team when he was hired in 2022, Pederson immediately turned the franchise around, going 9-8 and winning a playoff game before losing to the Chiefs in the divisional round. 2023 also started strong, as Jacksonville was 8-3 and in contention for the AFC’s No. 1 seed. However, Jacksonville collapsed over time, missing the playoffs entirely. Then came the 2024 campaign, which was essentially a disaster. The Jaguars started 0-4, then 2-10 and eventually finished 4-13 despite starting the season with playoff expectations. Yes, Trevor Lawrence was injured, but this team wasn’t very competitive from the jump. It was time for a change in Jacksonville, even though general manager Trevor Baalke is retained.

Las Vegas Raiders, head coach

Just two days after the end of the 2024 NFL season, the Raiders fired head coach Antonio Pierce. He took over as Las Vegas’ interim head coach from the fired Josh McDaniels after Week 8 of the 2023 season, and he earned the full-time job for 2024 after the team won five of his last nine games. Once he became interim, he immediately benched quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo in favor of Raiders fourth-round pick Aidan O’Connell. The second-half success was enough for Pierce to take the job full-time, but with the team entering the season with O’Connell and fellow quarterback Gardner Minshew as their only quarterback options, he was destined to underperform. After a 2-2 start, Pierce’s Raiders lost 10 straight games from Week 5 to Week 15 before winning two of their final three games of the season to finish 4-13. General manager Tom Telesco, who was also hired last offseason like Pierce, is retained.
