THE Third annual editorial statement of the annual club of the NFL Players Association At the workplace, the conditions were published on Wednesday and offer a view of the daily life of players and how they perceive their individual teams.
The Miami dolphins have retained their title at the top of the NFLPA bulletins and were followed by the Vikings of Minnesota, the Falcons of Atlanta, Las Vegas raiders and Los Angeles loaders. Below, the Arizona Cardinals (32nd), the New England Patriots, the Cleveland Browns, the New York Jets and the Pittsburgh Steelers were classified the worst among the players.
In the bulletin of each team of each team, there were notes for 11 categories, including notes on the property, the treatment of families, food, travel and facilities. There were 1,695 players who participated from August 26 to November 20, 2024.
The Yahoo Sports team has combed the 32 team bulletins and found some interesting feedback nuggets that players gave when they assess their teams.
Family treatment
Regarding the day of the match, players want to be able to focus only on the game. Players who have children must balance they are taken care of and have a place to go during the matches.
Three NFL teams do not offer daycare to the families of players during home matches and 10 have no family room in their stadium. The Bengals of Cincinnati (Grade: F-) are the only team not to offer any of these advantages, which led a player to describe the situation as “almost disrespectful”.
You might assume that the NFL teams offer a free daycare level to the families of the players, but you would. be wrong. The Rams of Los Angeles (Grade: D) Load $ 75 for a child and $ 50 for each additional child. (You can get a better deal in San Francisco (Grade: B +) where the 49ers invoice $ 40 per child.)
Tampa Bay Buccaneers (Grade: C-) had billed $ 90 for each child, but had stopped making the players pay this season.
Four teams received F-minus in the NFLPA report in 2025:

Food / dining room
The players spend a lot of time in the training center of their team, which requires being there during meals throughout the day. Quality food means happy players and a better performance standard during a season.
In Cincinnati (Grade: F), this is a problem. Last year, the Bengals, “as an improvement”, offered dinner to the players on Wednesday. This year, the players who came on the day of their day also received breakfast. But the quality of the food offered has not improved. They received the only F note in this category, putting them 32nd on 32 teams. The taste of foods provided was classified 4.82 out of 10, while the freshness obtained 5.49 out of 10.
Jets (Grade: C-) reacted to their rank D in this category last year by reducing the food budget and dismissing their longtime dietitian. These decisions were perceived by players as being in response to poor feedback.
“Rather than responding to concerns, players thought that management had responded to comments by aggravating the conditions.”

Changing room
The Washington Commanders’ locker room received a Fort F from last year with players quoting “Several sewer leaks”. This problem has not improved much in 2024 given the grade of f Distributed this time. Wastewater leaks seem to have stopped, but 37% of players still report “in progress” plumbing problems.
Buccaneers (Grade: C) can relate to plumbing problems. The players complained about the cleanliness of their wardrobe and poor ventilation inside, which also has a “persistent bad smell”.
While the Falcons of Atlanta have received an A + when it was their locker roomThere was still a reported ventilation problem which, like the buccaneers, caused a “persistent bad smell”.
A team that improved its changing rooms in reaction to a bad note last year was the Kansas City chiefs. After receiving an F, the property found the time between the prolonged races of the playoffs to make changes, which led to a Grade d-. Baby steps.
The majority of jets (Grade: D +) Players believe that their locker room is quite large and that their space is enough to use daily. But they would like to see updates throughout the room, especially with a carpet which is “stained and exhausted as if it has been there for decades”.
Speaking of poor quality carpet, a patriots (Grade: C-) The player hopes to see an update in his locker rooms like the one currently used “Looks Dingy with missing pieces”.

Team trip
How old are the patriots ”(Grade: F) Team plan? Players point out that some seats are delivered with ashtrays in armrests and there is also no Wi-Fi available during flights. So, no observation television programs for the frenzy or “Fortnite” battles between the players then?
As mentioned earlier, the chiefs have made improvements based on criticism of last year, but an area remains defective.
“Players say that their home hotel is lower than the standard. They report that it is obsolete, the beds are uncomfortable, and many players even keep their shoes in their rooms because the floors – especially in the bathroom – are dirty and sticky. The remains of the trash of the previous occupants are also a common problem.

POSSESSION
Woody Johnson was poorly assessed by jet players because they are the only team to receive A note f In this category. The players noted that they have the impression that he “does not contribute to a positive team culture” and that he is only “somewhat” committed to constituting a rival team. It is down of a B- Last year.
Woody Johnson de Jets has classified worse among the team owners, in particular:

* Last to contribute to positive team culture

“They talked about culture – this is a problem in mind,” said NFLPA strategy director JC Trette, said about the Jets response. “(They said:” It’s a culture of fear here. “And I think it stood out in these notes.”
