Liv Morgan goes to the WWE elimination chamber – thanks in large part to her former enemy, Rhea Ripley.
Morgan attacked Iyo Sky behind the scenes before their qualification match of the elimination room on “WWE RAW”, after Sky spoke to Ripley, who he herself came from the ring after having faced the winner of the royal rumble of Charlotte Flair. Raquel Rodriguez then released Ripley when she tried to help Sky. Not only did this attack cause Sky always felt a certain discomfort during the match, but it also played in the finish.
Despite Rodriguez’s attempts to get involved or to cause a distraction, Sky was not dissuaded, stopping an attempted Power bomb and doubles Morgan’s chest on the apron. “The Genius of the Sky” also struck a leap from the upper rope, but Morgan caught up with his tunes with a code-code. Later, Sky struck Morgan with double knees in the area and went up for Moonsault, but Rodriguez jumped on the apron like a distraction, allowing Morgan to counter the movement. Sky retaliated in the match, but when she delivered a German suplex, Ripley ran towards the ring to eliminate Rodriguez. However, she struck a moment for the Morgan forearm opposite, allowing Morgan to win by disqualification and go to the match of the elimination room. Sky was inconsolable and Ripley apologizes after the loss.
Ripley and Morgan watch a long quarrel that has apparently ended when Ripley defeated Morgan for the women’s world championship on the beginnings of “RAW” Netflix in January. Sky, meanwhile, is newly sensitive to tactics like those used by Morgan and Rodriguez, because all other members of CTRL damage are currently injured – although Aka, at least, is ready to come back as soon as possible.
