The conference is full of elite shooters, and the Aggies have learned that the difficult way against the state of Mississippi, Tennessee and Vanderbilt.
“It started in Starkville with (Mississippi States) Josh Hubbard. We were aware of (Tenneee) Chaz Lanier and Zakai Zeigler on Saturday and did a better job in the second period,” said Williams after the loss of Vanderbilt. “We have not carried out our measures against Tyler Nickel tonight well enough.”
The four shooters combined in total in the last three games were 92 points; 20 shots made were 3 points when filming 20 for 33 beyond the arc (60.6%).
