A dominant performance in the second half saw the male basketball team in the southern Dakota State Vaining St. Thomas, conference leader, 102-86. The jackrabbits held the Tommia at 40% shooting in the second period while firing 56% themselves.

Owen Larson led SDSU by scoring 22 points on 7 shots out of 8. The jackrabbits had five double -digit break players, including Larson, Joe Sayler, Kalen Garry, Matthew Mors and Damon Wilkinson.

The state of southern Dakota of the Next will welcome Omaha in Brookings on Thursday, February 13 at 7 p.m.
