The Undertaker explains why John Cena "deserves" his WWE retirement tour

Unlike most WWE wrestlers, John Cena precedes his retirement with an official one -year tour composed of 35 to 40 dates, the next being the WWE 2025 elimination room. During a recent interview with “Shak Wrestling,” The WWE hall of Famer, The Undertaker, has evaluated Cena’s long -term approach, noting that it is more than justified.

“I think it’s great that they do this tour as they are. I don’t think everyone deserves it,” said Undertaker. “I think Cena is definitely done because of the workhorse that he has been so long for so long. I think it’s great because people will have the opportunity to know where he will be and you will have one last opportunity maybe see it live. I think it’s pretty cool.

Throughout its retirement tour, The Undertaker expects the 16 world champion 16 times to undertake a safe and realistic strategy, with a mixture of victories and defeats. However, he thinks that the world of WWE will be entitled to a number of fun moments along the way.

More recently, Cena participated in the Royal Rumble 2025, falling just below the winner of the match Jey Usto. For the future, he is now entering the male elimination room, in order to obtain a Wrestlemania 41 match against the undisputed WWE champion Cody Rhodes. To do this, Cena must first overcome CM Punk, Drew McIntyre, Damian Priest, Logan Paul and a man still to be determined inside the cage structure on March 1.
