Comment: The freshman sensation posted scores last week, which included a 75-point day, to help the Musketeers win three of four games. On Thursday, she had 27 points, six rebounds and five assists in a 61-54 loss to Leuzinger. On Friday, Urteaga scored 29 points in a 50-38 win over Viewpoint and a few hours later he dropped eight 3-pointers and finished with 46 points in a 61-43 win over Fairfax. She finished the week by scoring 25 points in a 55-42 win over Dominguez. Urteaga has the three highest scoring games – 47, 46 and 42 points – in program history in his first season.

Comment: The 6-foot-4 guard reached a career milestone last Friday. Knowles scored 20 points to join the 1,000-point club and help the Spartans (10-7) defeat Fillmore 78-40. He also had 23 points in a 60-52 loss to San Luis Obispo in the Santa Barbara Holiday Classic last Monday.
