The Tour du Talon de John Cena at WWE Elimination Chamber 2025 shocked and took many of her biggest fans by surprise, including his WWE star colleague, R-Truth. Truth, who copied Cena’s ways and parodied her, and also said that Cena was her childhood hero, was hard by Cena going from the dark side. He went so far as to say that the hideous visuals of a bloody Rhodes cody Cena’s hands are generated by AI.
Cena’s actions have harmed the truth emotionally, by the appearance of her messages on X. One of her messages asked why Cena did what he did, while the truth has also changed the header of her profile X, which is now reading: “Say it is not John”, because it is apparently incredulous in what happened.

R-Truth also republished a post on X, where he was warned by a fan of what would happen if he “crashes”, with a photo of the truth that smokes a cigarette on “WWE Raw”, which was when the veteran star handed over the heel in 2011. The truth and Cena have a long history, which extends two decades, with them, with them, with them, with them, with them. Truth recently revealed that he and Cena recorded a rap song together and that they are on good terms with each other, despite rumors about having beef.
It remains to be seen if R-Truth-which was briefly on the same screen as the new Nemesis Cody Rhodes of Cena-will be somehow involved in the scenario of Rhodes-Rock-Cena. Cena and Truth had shared the ring for the last time on the “crude” after Wrestlemania 40, where the duo joined the MIZ to defeat the day of the judgment.
